Been there for the 8th time since 2021, and so far this has got to be one of the best AMCs around the country from keeping the old Odyssey space theme inside the building to the only IMAX Theatre in KC by having recliners. Most recently, I just watched Lord and Miller's Project Hail Mary in Dolby, and it felt like AMC as a whole still always "make movies better", especially having the A-List membership. The Dolby experience is so superb, you guys, and I was a huge fan of the format. Oh yeah. 4DX is now at Barrywoods! This is your chance! Even more better than MX4D at B&B!

I used to come here every weekend, but not anymore. Today, one of the employees was extremely rude to me and my mother. We spent over $35 on a large popcorn and three large drinks. After paying more $8 for a drink, we got yelled at like little kids because we put ICEE in one of the cups. Seriously? When people are spending that kind of money, that's what you're worried about? Movie theaters wonder why people don't want to come anymore. Between the outrageous prices and employees treating paying customers like garbage, it's not hard to figure out. We won't be spending another dime here. If I'm paying those prices, I expect to be treated with some basic respect. Experiences like this are exactly why people would rather stay home or sneak their own food and drinks into the theater.

Fantastic IMAX experience, definitely the best you’ll get in the area. The sound design and screen are totally immersive. Seats are really comfortable and very roomy. Watched Warfare here, the explosions made me jump! Good popcorn and drink machines, friendly staff.

It's a nice large looking movie theater. Good service. Okay popcorn. I really enjoyed the IMAX screen & sound, it was amazing. Seats are comfortable just prepare to walk some steps.

The theater was clean and the staff was nice. I went to a 4DX showing and it was a lot of fun! The seats were more comfortable than some other Theater chain 4DX offerings which was a plus. Typically 4DX seats are small and uncomfortable, but these were spacious and had some cushion to them. I will definitely go back and try the IMAX screen here!
