The best crowds to see a horror movie with, so many core memories have happened in theater 1 with a sold out audience. Seeing Weapons here opening night was my favorite movie theater experience ever.

Please support Screenland as one of Kansas City's few remaining local theaters. Great location. Tons of nearby food. Convenient drive up either an interstate or major non-highway road. Polite staff. Good food. Good drinks. We can't lose the local theater vibe in KC.

Beautiful. Small old theater. Very intimate and the energy is amazing the popcorn is still real and not drowned in fake butter. Saw a documentary on Gregg Allman with my mom but they play regular films as well and even have a bar and rental place with old games in the back! I will DEFINITELY be coming back I enjoyed it way way more than going to the larger theaters. Plus this place supports small artists and creators and man...do I love supporting THAT! Power to the people! It made me feel like I used to as a kid at the movies. Except with a lovely Keke Palmer in my hand this time lmao everything (including drinks) was very reasonably priced and the drink was doing its job, not watered down, so I could go on and on about the merits of this theater versus others, but I think you should JUST GO CHECK IT OUT!!! I highly doubt you'll be disappointed 🥰🎬🎞

This is such a great movie theater with a cool retro vibe and great selection of movies. I really appreciate the fact that they are showing "The Voice of Hind Rajab" and raising awareness when most other theaters refuse to do so. I had a wonderful experience and they were very accommodating for our groups private screening. Highly recommend!

Concession workers willing to help carry popcorn & drink to my seat. I'm a disabled senior citizen who uses a cane, so quite difficult to carry having only one arm free to carry. Movie was amazing, comfortable & nice place to watch movies.
