We are regular movie goers and have always enjoyed this theater. Unfortunately it seems that cleanliness has really gone down hill. The last two previous times we went, there was a very strong sewer smell on one half of the building and in the bathrooms. Finger smudges and sticky messes everywhere in the lobby, on bathroom doors and movie theater arm rests. We understand that it’s a lot to keep up with when hundreds of people are in and out, but that really should be a priority! Especially around the soda fountains and bathrooms. Today we unfortunately had a similar problem with cleanliness. The salt shakers were covered in butter and grime, the counters and floors were a sticky mess with pop and food, bathroom doors and stalls were smudged with filthy hand prints and the women’s bathroom had zero hand soap as the dispensers were not working and there was no temporary soap available. I told the men working when our movie started and about two hours later, still no soap. Disgusting! Lastly, we very clearly received popcorn leftover from last night as it was incredibly stale. Such a disappointment to spend nearly $70 for two people to see a movie and have snacks. If you can control one thing in business ownership and management, it’s the cleanliness of your establishment. They truly need to do better…especially for the amount of money they charge for everything !

Im sn old disabled vet, havent been to a movie In a bit...so i tried Max4d built in motion effects for a real experience..movie was the new scream...it was intense on some scenes bit like the employee told me , " for the best experience try avatar or action movie. Im thinking star wars..... So experience 5 for the movie.. Movie 5 out if 10..good beginning, boring middle, good end. Some franchises just need to let it end...Halloween, gorilla, fast and furious, etc... Prices ...1 out of 10....really... Employees...top notch...!!!! I forgot the kids name, but he was extremely professional, knew his job, very polite, management material... 10 outta 10!!!! I rate it as I see it...so on the real..for the money..why i rated it 3 stars, service was 5... experience 5 ..movie was my choice no ratin...if the prices were right...you would pack the house!!!

Went to the movies for the first time in a long time. Ticket prices have gone up quite a bit. Our experience was good. The seats did seem to be peeling and as we left both my husband and I noticed flakes of the chair material on our backs and necks. The popcorn was good.

I've had nothing but good experiences here it's a beautiful theater it's always nice however now they get a one-star review. I paid $50 for two seats to watch a movie, a movie. The thing is they were IMAX theater seeds and they were the worst suits I've ever bought whether it's on a plane a movie theater or concert these are the worst ever they are the most uncomfortable seats. Everyone who was in the theater watching the movie backrooms was extremely upset how underwhelmed they were and unsatisfactory I know I want my money back in today's date is 106 a.m. May 29th 2026 we went to go see the 10:30 showing on Thursday

What a wonderful experience! Dinner was great! The hamburger was delicious and so were the fries. The service was awesome!! Our server was the best! She checked on us often and got our meal out to us in plenty of time for the show. We saw the Optimist. The seats are so comfy! I had never been to B B Theatre so when I chose the seats in row B I thought I messed up but I don't think there is a bad seat in the theatre. If you haven't been...go check it out. You won't be sorry!
