Great movie theater. Went there with our Youth Group. We had a great time. Popcorn was really fresh and delicious.

I frequent AMC and tonight our theater was absolutely disgustingly fifty. It looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. The lady and her daughter sitting next to us had to get something to clean her own seat. Everything was sticky, food everywhere. Movies cost too much money to get this level of filth.

I thought it was good . Something different than a typical Marvel or DC movie . I imagine a lot of truth to it as well . It's how we developed the Stealth bomber and other technology. I hope I'm still alive to see the real full disclosure day . 👽

We all know that streaming has hurt the theater industry but this AMC seems to have just given up. Spent $70 on matinee tickets, two drinks & small popcorn. There were imax issues and no one working there knew how to fix it. It took the whole theater yelling at the manager, demanding something be done before she offered refunds, And then at the Service counter they said they couldn’t refund me because I paid with an Apple Card?! And they could only give me two ticket vouchers. The only theater in blue Springs is already Closed. Sadly, at the rate they’re going, this one is next.

The theatre and all the people who work there are great. However, the process of receiving a refund is AWFUL! You cannot speak to an actual person and going back and forth with “Support” via email is just annoying. The have been refusing to refund my money for almost a month and I have even sent them my refund receipt. Ridiculous. Get an actual person on your support team because the support I have received is mediocre. Do better.
