We visited this AMC theater while on a trip and had a really good experience. The theater itself was clean, and it wasn’t overly crowded, which made everything feel more relaxed and enjoyable. We saw Scream 7 while we were there, and it was a great experience in that setting. The seats were very comfortable recliners with attached trays, which made it easy to sit back and enjoy the movie without feeling cramped. It honestly felt more like a lounge setup than a typical movie theater. I also liked the interior design, especially the wall silhouettes, which added a unique touch to the overall atmosphere. The overall atmosphere was calm, and it reminded me of theaters back home, which made the experience even better. Everything ran smoothly, and we were able to just sit back and enjoy the movie. Definitely a great location to go to if you’re looking for a comfortable and less crowded movie experience.

If i pay nearly 50 bucks for 4 movie tickets I expect my reclining chair to work. And when I ask for help from staff and she says they don't need to move me they can fix the chair, I expect that help to come quickly. I had to go out to the lobby AGAIN 15 minutes later to say "the movie has started, fix my chair NOW." Other things happened too (why can't the concession stand redeem an offer sent to my app?? "We don't have the code" is a strange answer. Plus the wifi wasn't working so i couldnt use my gift cards stored on my phone.) Just too many annoying things....i kept thinking the whole time i could have been at home in my comfy chair and NOT paid 50 bucks for seats and 31 bucks for drinks ... just to be frustrated.

We recommend not arriving with an empty stomach, as the food selection is quite limited, consisting primarily of snacks. The area with the butter and condiments appeared to be unclean, and there were no bottled beverage options available. Furthermore, the staff at the cossesion did not seem particularly welcoming, which made us feel as though we were inconveniencing them. The young lady at the macgruffin area was pleasant and helpful. I would personally prefer to travel an additional 30 minutes to visit Crown Center to get a better date night experience.

Saw Wicked 2 at 2p Matinee.. Extremely private. only 3 of us in theater. Cocktails more expensive than tickets. Comfortable seating. One seat reclined but then would not incline. Check seat functionality. Forgot how nice big screen experience is. 2.5 hrs total movie run time.

I went to AMC on thursday for ENHYPEN new walk the line movie it was showed online that it would have english subtitles but it didn't so they refunded me and I left and they told me to come back Saturday and guaranteed me it would be fixed. I came back on Saturday and the subtitles still didn't work I went and told them the lady that was doing the tickets was very nice and try to help she got her manager and they said they would try to fix it. We went back stayed for a little bit still no english subtitles. It was getting ridiculous I got fed up told them and they refunded me couldn't even give me cash gave me back money iin a AMC gift card I wouldn't need to use anymore. So i'm upset because I don't get to watch it anymore. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.
