I visited with a group recently and had a great experience overall. The theater was clean, which isn't always a guarantee at big multiplexes. There was a little bit of a "josh" (crowd energy/noise) occasionally, but nothing that ruined the movie. It felt like a well-managed spot. The Seats & Tech: The recliners are top-tier and really comfortable for a long movie. The cup holders are solid and actually fit larger drinks. One thing to watch for: I didn't see a pull-out tray at my specific seat this time, so if you're planning on ordering a full entree like the burgers or tacos, you might have to hold the container or check if your specific auditorium has the swivel tables. The Snacks: The popcorn here is excellent—definitely 5-star quality. If you’re a Stubs member, remember to use your points because the concessions can get pricey. Pro Tip for Local Guides: If you're looking for the best deal, hit the Discount Tuesdays/Wednesdays for 50% off tickets. It makes the "Dine-In" prices a lot easier to stomach!

While this there isn't BAD it's not the experience I want to have at a theater. First of all it's hard to find parking due to it being part of the little Prairie Fire area. There's a parking garage but it's easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. The theater itself is strange, it feels very shoved into a corner of this strip mall/culture center area. I drove past it once not realizing it was the theater. The layout is very strange as well once you're inside, the stand to check tickets is very visible but the kiosks to BUY tickets are kind of shoved to the side and lack visibility. The lady at the snack counter was the most pleasant part of the entire experience as she was professional and polite. I got the traditional coke and popcorn and while I understand theater snacks are pricy, a coke and a thing of popcorn should NOT cost 20$. I was appalled by the price because I had been to a different AMC recently and got 2 sodas and a popcorn for 15$. I was also really put off by how diluted the coke was from the machine, the stream from the machine was 75% clear and 25% brown which is not what I want to see in a soda that cost me 9$. Also this is a small gripe but one of the dispensers for extra butter was not functional. The theater I needed was upstairs, and at first I was quite pleased that there was an escalator for it, I believe there was also a small elevator which is very nice for wheelchair users. I did not check it myself however so I don't know if it was functional. The theater itself was disappointing. Maybe it was due to the seat I was in but mine was a somewhat uncomfortable experience. The seat was plush but my soda kept getting stuck in the cupholder and I was close to the wall and a corner so any loud sound on screen felt like it was shaking the walls and it made the sound very stark and uncomfortable. The wall was bare and I think some sound dampening of any kind would have been helpful. Not the experience I had at other AMCs. The thing that upset me the most after the movie was that in spite of several movies still being in progress the down escalator was OFF. I could give the benefit of the doubt and say maybe it was malfunctioning, but there was no sign to indicate that, and frankly I would have much preferred normal stairs at that rate because the escalator steps were very narrow and steep and I honestly was worried I was going to tip forward and fall. My first perception of it was that it was turned off as an unfriendly way to discourage people from going up and down repeatedly. It was getting close to closing so I can understand the eagerness to go home, but several movies were still ongoing. A few people from my group wanted to use the photo booth in the lobby and while I was waiting for them to be done I received several glares from one of the male employees I had not seen before. We were not loud, but just the only customers in the mostly empty lobby as we waited. It felt like they were making it very obvious they wanted customers to leave so they could close. All in all not a terrible experience but not a great one. This theater is convenient to my location, but I would rather go out of my way to find a different theater than come to this one again. It wasn't a BAD experience but it wasn't a very good one either.

My girlfriend and I love this theater, even went on our first date here, but we recently came in and had an issue with the ticket person and their poor attitude. We almost left and never came back, but the Manager, Dave, was quick to swoop in and resolve the issue in a kind, courteous manner where we could still see our show. These 5 stars are for Dave, Thank you Dave.

Yesterday visited this multiplex to watch bahubali the epic movie on completion of 10 years of the first film and the film was really good and the seating in the theatre was of recliner seating and was very comfortable enough to see it too. The theatre might be small, but the acoustic was brilliant. The staff also were very polite and helpful.

I figured that that sense I was in the dine-in, i had my order taken, but no you have to order at the concession area and there isn't a option to have it delivered to you if your in theater 1, which they have the option to text you when food is ready, so the dine-in, is a bit misleading. Theater 1 is a bigger theater, the screen was huge and the picture quality was great, but the seats are not very comfortable, especially if your watching a long movie.
