First time going to this AMC, and it was OK to say the best. The theater seats were comfortable but could use a good cleaning. Most had stains any sticky residue. The movie was great thought, no complaints about picture or sound quality here.

This was my first time at AMC Ward parkway. I thought that it was very nice. A lot of thought put into the way that it looks. I wasn't crazy about ordering by myself on a screen, my day was easy enough to do. They didn't have my jalapenos out like some of the other AMC's do, but they did have them in the back and I was able to ask for them. I really liked the recliners here, I thought that they were very comfortable. The inside edge of the chairs seems to attract quite a bit of grime as you can kind of see in one of my pictures. But overall my experience was very good. I would recommend this place to others.

By far the worst theater experience I've ever had. Do not go to this theater. The movie that I went to see was supposed to be a quiet, contemplative film. Instead, what I got was the loudest movie I've ever heard in my life. During a rainy scene, every droplet sounded like a gunshot going off inches from my ear. We asked them if they could lower the volume, and they said that they would. Unfortunately, they never did. I tried to resolve matters after the movie and was just told "we're sorry about that, we'll do better next time." Mind you, this film was only shown in theaters for one day so it completely ruined my chance of enjoying this film in theaters. I also wouldn't be surprised if I received permanent hearing loss; that's how agonizingly loud it was. I had to cover my ears for most of the movie and leave the room due to the volume. Everyone in the theater agreed and can attest to this. Stay away from this establishment at all costs.

I have not gone to a theater in years. We went with a group of friends. Had a great time. Seats were very comfortable. Pop corn was tasty as well. Sound system was above average.

I normally refrain from sharing a bad review but I was surprised of the condition of this theater. My first impression when we got to our seat was it was the original recliner that’s never been replaced. My fiancés chair was aged and just looked unappealing. The chairs had no cushion and weren’t very comfortable. The speaker next to us on the wall was warped and rattled throughout the entire movie. It was also the first time I’ve seen AMC popcorn be slightly burnt but after everything else that was the least of my concerns.
