They were so busy with Toy Story today. But it was such a pleasant experience. I had an issue with my tickets but the manager Jennifer took care of everything for me.The kids working at the counter were so nice. It's good to see this place is in good hands. Highly recommend trying out the Dolby it's worth the extra price.

My wife and I went to the 10:00 PM showing and were the last two customers in the lobby while everyone else had already gone into the movie. Unfortunately, the experience from the moment we arrived was extremely disappointing. First, we stood there waiting for help while employees were nearby, yet no one immediately came to assist us. When we were finally helped, the employee was rude and dismissive, as if serving customers was an inconvenience. I asked for an ICEE, and the employee refused to sell one even though the machine was clearly still on and working. It honestly felt like AMC didn’t want my money. To make matters worse: No popcorn or snacks were available to purchase because everything had already been thrown out. We bought tickets for a 3D movie, but the employee never gave us the 3D glasses, so we had to walk back out and ask for them. The theater itself was messy and poorly maintained, with trash visible around the seating area (see photos). Overall, the service was rude, slow, and careless, and the theater looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. I’ve been going to AMC for years and this is easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had at one of their locations. AMC should really address the customer service and cleanliness standards at this location, because this visit was extremely disappointing.

No issues during our visit. Staff was very lax and theater was quiet on a Thursday evening. They have some crane games you can play in the hallways and a bar for alcoholic drinks.

We went Saturday evening 5/2 around 7, the podium and concession crew were very friendly and helpful. The manager on duty Hannah was very helpful when I needed assistance buying tickets. I wish they had a staff member working box office instead of self service kiosks anyway. They did a good job upkeeping the lobby and bathrooms while we were there. Our auditorium was clean and recliners were working properly. They have heated seats in Dolby! The bartender was very conversational but there was no seating directly at the bar. Drinks were overpriced even for a movie theatre. $44 for a cocktail and draft beer but I know it’s not her fault!

Nice place to go but the coke machine and popcorn are a hit and miss. Close by is a Publix and walgreens to satisfy a cheap sweet tooth and be sure to get ready for a $10 coke. Yes and you pour it yourself. In one of those machines that makes a coke taste like a bit of everything as well as being a bit flat. Other than that the theater was clean the seats very, very...very squeaky but once they land in park it's on and ready for a go on the movie. Be sure to lift the middle arm rest if you special someone is next to you for a snuggle time. Go see it it's an experience and you should try it at least once. Ok bye
