Great theater overall. The location is convenient, the staff is always friendly, and Regal Unlimited makes it an easy choice for frequent moviegoers. The theaters are generally clean and reasonably up to date. As someone heavily invested in the home theater hobby, my standards are probably higher than most. That’s why my biggest wish is for an RPX upgrade or a modernized IMAX auditorium with Dolby Atmos support. Atmos has become the gold standard for premium cinema audio over the past decade, and it’s one area where AMC currently has an advantage. Watching major releases in IMAX can sometimes feel like a compromise compared to a dedicated home theater setup when the audio experience isn’t on the same level. The standard auditoriums are perfectly serviceable, but the sound systems can feel somewhat dated, and some theaters may benefit from renovations over the next several years due to wear and tear. That said, the overall experience is still very good. It’s noticeably better than many older theaters, and the combination of a great location, Regal Unlimited, and a steady lineup of new releases offers excellent value. Some local theaters simply can’t compete on selection or convenience. I visit regularly and would absolutely recommend it.

We made an accident on booking our ticket for a night of a big showing. The manager, Chris went above and beyond to help accommodate us and find a different movie time for our group. We appreciated his customer service. We love going to this location.

The theater was clean, and the service was fairly quick. However, I was really disappointed with the customer service I received. The concession worker, Hannah, was rude to my other half and I. Her tone while servicing us at the counter was extremely unwelcoming, unpleasant, and disrespectful as someone who was polite and patient. No smiles, no "thank you." Our experience was off to a distasteful start. Everything else after this interaction was okay, but I probably would not come back.

It has been a while since going to a movie. Went to Hail Mary. Surprised that ticket sales area had no humans. Popcorn was dried out to my taste. Seats were comfortable and reclined with foot rests. Sound was TERRIBLE. The screen was too small... like watching on a large tv. My wife and I missed at least a quarter of the speaking parts; especially the computerized spaceship. Let me say again, the sound was crumby! I will give them one more chance.

Signed up for the unlimited yesterday and one of the managers Morgan was very helpful in getting us set up right. All the team members take pride in the theatre, it’s clean and organized. Excited to be coming here a lot more.
