4/14/26 - It’s my first time in a long time at a Regal movie theater, because we don’t have one in my small town and the closest one is two hours away. I walked in and was greeted by Evan. He was friendly and then pointed me to buy my ticket at the kiosk. I hate the kiosk because I’m older and prefer human interaction. Evan came over very politely and offered to help me. He was patient and let me find my Rewards number. He assisted me with the kiosk, and when he wasn’t able to get it to work, we went to the front desk. That’s when I met Gary. He was cordial and had to manually punch in my Rewards number. He did not seem put out. He was able to get my tickets 🎟️ and my points. I went to the concession counter to order popcorn and a drink. I met Alli, who went over the combo deals. To me, those prices are higher than in my little town. Alli didn’t mock me and explained the Tuesday half-off deal. That helped me make a decision to get the large bucket and a large drink. Trinity overheard our conversation and said if I didn’t order the candy bar it would be a little cheaper. I don’t eat candy bars, so this was even better. I didn’t have to pick a candy bar I wasn’t going to eat. Long story short, my visit to Regal movie theater was perfect because of Alli, Trinity, Evan, and Gary. I hope you recognize them for their customer service and positive energy.

So much fun! We were in town to visit family and saw this on google maps while looking for something to do. We don't have anything like this near us. It was right in a very busy mall. So much to do right in one place. I happened to find cheaoer tickets on Groupon. Everything there was SUPER expensive. I kept reading reviews about the prices, but could find no prices listed. So I snapped some pictures for future visitors to be able to plan ahead.

Went to see a movie before our flight back home. The vibe of the entire movie theatre is awesome. Super clean and comfortable, I just wish their theatres had reclining seats. Maybe they do? Didn’t see that in the theatre we were in. Service was a little slow but it was a Monday afternoon.

My family and I have enjoyed this multi screen theater complex including 4D IMAX . The IMAX is a true wonder to behold. We have always had a great time and have never been disappointed. Friendly staff are always happy to help in anyway to see to our needs. Clean well managed and family oriented. Highly recommend
