I recently attended a screening of The Librarians at the Belcourt Theatre, and it was an incredible experience! After the film, there was a thought-provoking panel discussion featuring notable guests such as Wolfgang Bronner from the Nashville Public Library, Angela Frederick from the Rutherford County Library Alliance, and more. Their insights truly enriched the evening. I love that the Belcourt often showcases unique films and special events, making each visit special. The theater has a charming vintage feel with comfortable seating that adds to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. My only complaint is the parking situation—there just isn’t enough parking in Nashville! But overall, I’m really grateful to the Belcourt for hosting such a fantastic event. Can’t wait for my next visit!

I am so thankful we have this theatre in Nashville. The one and only place you can see a variety of movies that are carefully selected by the crew of the theater who have deep knowledge on the movies worldwide. The parking is ample, the staff are always friendly and their pop corn is very fresh, even though it can be less salty sometimes. Occassionally they. invite speakers to add more depth and fun to the enjoyment of the movies. We have membership and visit here almost a couple of times a month.

I enjoyed a Nashville PBS viewing there and it was AWESOME! The staff was very friendly and the validated parking. You can't beat that😉

Watching a film at the Belcourt is always incredibly, wonderfully memorable. I am always aware of the community feeling and connection to other viewers when experiencing a new piece of thought-provoking media together at this inviting historical landmark. From Anora and The Drama (on 35mm!!) to the annual Rocky Horror Picture Show screening, every viewing feels like a chance to reflect, to be present, and to be a part of the Nashville community- where the staff consistently work to plan and sustain a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. ❤️ I highly recommend the Belcourt to anyone living in or visiting Nashville for your next film-watching experience!

One of the only local theaters around. Play a variety of films from new indie releases to wider known and niche classics. Great staff and good ticket prices. Do consider getting a membership.
