We walked in and there was trash and popcorn everywhere. Luckily, our particular seats were clean. Perhaps, they were empty from the last showing. However, you had leftover trash everywhere. You could see and watch everyone come in disgusted trying to clean their own seat. Which probably would lead some people to just sit somewhere else, potentially taking someone else seat. We had an 8yo’s gaming party yesterday at Regal and I have to write a review because it was fantastic! This is apparently a new option at the theatre and it was handled perfectly from the booking to the actual event. First of all, the Regal Sales Consultant, Ean, helped us book the event, handled all the details, explained it all to us, and connected us to the manager at Regal GH. Then, Crysania, the Regal GH’s manager, helped us with other details like ordering drinks and popcorn for the party attendees and also things like the cake and tables for party favors, etc. When we showed up yesterday for the gaming party, they immediately directed us to our theatre and had everything ready! They quickly connected our Nintendo Switch and we were off to the main event! The kids left the place a mess with popcorn everywhere and they kept reassuring me it was okay. It was such a unique and super fun party - and it was seemless! Cannot say enough about how they managed and executed it all! Thank you!!

Absolutely loved this theater. Conformable and efficient. I had a blast with my daughter going to see the new Micheal Jackson movie. I even teared up because it meant so much to her. Thanks yall. It meant the world to me seeing her so happy.

The guy that checked our tickets was AMAZING. Then we came to grab some snacks and had a cashier Ja’mi just highly rude! I understand to be young but better customer service! Please!
