AMC The Parks At Arlington 18

AMC We decided a Japanese movie called "Kokuho", at selected theaters and the closest one to us was the AMC theater located in the Parks Mall in Arlington, TX. We arrived and went on in to the mall, and found the theater it was on the second floor of the mall. We went upstairs and we're promptly greeted by a very pretty and very sweet young lady named Ms. Madilyn, who was very helpful, welcoming and very polite. We purchased our tickets at the counter that Ms. Madilyn, was working at and she kindly pointed us in the right direction at the auditorium Kokuho would be showed on. The theater was very large wide open and very neat and well organized, as well as the restrooms on both sides of the theater. We purchased our popcorn, drink and candy at a kiosk the only human contact, was when we got our tickets and served our goodies. I won't complain as to how expensive, everything was, but the theater was cold, the seats did not recline, nor did the have a tray table to place your popcorn, luckily the arm rests had a drink holder. This place is way to far out out of way for me to say I will be back again. Maybe if they other movies in a selected theater again. Other than this no complaints. Ms. Madilyn, made it worth the drive. Come say hello to her, and watch a movie.

Friendly staff, clean theatre, and quick, easy-to-use kiosks for ordering food and beverages. The last time I went to a movie theater was in 2020, so it was nice to be back. I only ordered a large popcorn during my visit, so I can’t comment on the condition of the actual theater rooms.

Really nice movie theater for being in the Parks Mall. I have seen 20+ or so movies. Most theaters are decent seats (no recliners) but comfortable for larger bodies. Pretty clean as well. Staff is speedy and on the ball for food. I recommend the mozzarella sticks. You get a good amount for the price. There is kiosk and upstairs area to get tickets. No wait. (And online)

The seats are OLD😅 Good popcorn, the XL screen is not impressive, and #2 there were seats where people would get hit with some type of light and you could tell it was bothering them. I wouldn’t come back to this location in specific! I like AMC but not this one, I’ll have to stick with CINEMARK for now!

It's a movie theater inside a mall. Also, there's a 24-hour ice hockey tournament going on 50 feet from the theater entrance (in Texas)? In all honesty, I've been to other AMC theaters in other states and this one holds up. I'd definitely be back if I lived here (visited on vacation). Only complaint is that I was cold throughout the movie, so bring a hoodie.
