I went last week with my son to watch the movie The Mummy, the clerk Alice it was wonderful, so nice, happy, and provide me 100% customer satisfaction...at the same time I drop in the floor liquid, and my son and a person who work there cleaning, I was so embarrassed for that. The manager was funny, I received a text to have a free popcorn, he explain me is for the person who are caracteriza by Michael Jackson. and I do some movements as M.J. we have fun, but not popcorn for me...we have a great time, enjoy the movie...the only think is they dont have bags and my purse was completely weat...Alice provide me a box for to go and help me a lot. My experience was good, next week on Tuesday have special price...we come back. Advice having bags even for to go boxes, its safe in the car and no stains...but everything was OK. Thank you Alice.

Good service. Was told dessert comes with 2 can dine, but it is $5 extra. Food is ok. Had a turkey avocado burger and fries. Granddaughter had chicken and waffles. They were ok. Price was good. Appetizer, 2 entrees for $32. Add dessert for $5.

The worst service I’ve ever had in life. The food was terrible. It was cold the waiter that we had act like he did not want to help us. I will never go to this movie girl again. The seats are worn down. The tables were nasty. I asked for someone to come wipe the table still waiting and I’m already home so I had to wipe it myself. Definitely not a good experience I would not recommend.

Decent movie theater. moved to the area around last October and have been coming here since. The food here is pretty good as well. Popcorn is good just not a fan that there’s no refills on them. Also not a fan of the 18% fee that is automatically charged. overall decent movie theater to visit The seats are also very outdated with a lot of chairs looking pretty rough

I was so excited to see Project Hail Mary after reading the book (highly recommend). Me + 3 others went to the 3:30 showing on 3-28-26 in theater 9. We were surprised but not deterred by the seats completely falling apart. My boyfriend joked he got the worst one, however when inspecting my seat a leg rest he laughed and admitted mine was far worse. The original server or two who came by taking drink orders and dropping off waters etc were super friendly. During the previews we all made separate comments about the volume being very low, probably so low because the servers needed to be able to hear peoples’ orders. After the movie began we realized this was not the case. We requested the volume be turned up twice. The result was less than impressive. Either the theater’s sound system is in disrepair or the manager failed to recognize that my thumbs up at his attempt was simply me giving up and not wanting to exert additional efforts towards correcting the experience for an entire theater of patrons. The movie being 2.5 hours, we ordered a bottle of wine about halfway through. With 30 minutes left the server brought our checks and we paid and tipped. There is an auto grat of 18% I didn’t notice so the server got a very healthy tip on my tab. With 20 minutes left I got up out of my seat again to go find the throngs of employees circled up in the hallways to request that someone check on our wine that had never come. I was met with questions about who my server was (we had a few people come by), what their name was, in order for me to get help. I replied I’m not sure, a few people had come by and it was dark when things had been delivered. Someone did eventually recognize the error and said “well you can take it home”. After getting back into the theater my sister in law said (I wont spoil the movie for you) “it all just happened! You missed it!!” And I had. This experience was incredibly disappointing. We all agreed we would go see the movie again in a different theater so we could actually hear it and have a good time. Growing up in Arlington, I always had great experiences at the movies, and Studio Movie Grill was the original theater to offer a variety of food and beverage served in your seat. It seems the quality of the theaters, seats, and service have all gone downhill. What was once a pioneer in the field has now become a defunct dinosaur of a business. What a shame.
