Want to actually watch a movie and enjoy it? Do NOT come here. Honest experience from a first time customer: Seats on the top row do not recline and and the headrest is pushing your head forward. Waiters will come in during the entire movie and talk loudly to the customers. They will stand directly in front of you during important moments so you don't even know what happened (Ex: waiter walked directly in front of me as a jumpscare happened and I completely missed it). People will talk normally as if a movie is not playing. Food is insanely overpriced. ($1 candy will now cost 7 bucks) The screen is small and the audio is not loud enough to hear over the people talking. I'm not coming back. Maybe it's better if all you want is the bar but the theater part sucks.

Joe and David at Studio Grill absolutely knocked it out of the park. From the moment we walked in, they made the entire experience welcoming, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable. Their service was attentive without being overbearing, and you could tell they truly care about both the customers and the atmosphere they create. The food was fantastic, the drinks were on point, and Joe and David’s professionalism and personalities elevated the whole night. It’s rare to come across service that feels this authentic anymore. If you’re looking for a place with great energy, excellent hospitality, and people who go above and beyond, Studio Grill is it. Also, huge shoutout to Stanton, the manager, for helping us out in a pinch and going above and beyond to make sure everything worked out. That level of hospitality and care really stood out and didn’t go unnoticed. Thanks again to the whole team for making it such a memorable experience — we’ll definitely be back.

Always a great experience at SMG-Lincoln Square. The service was great with Brook at the ticket booth and then Shun in the theater taking orders! Food was hot and fresh. And the theater itself was clean. Will definitely be back! Thanks for a great night out!

Been here a few times and previously had a few good experiences. Last time I went, Monday 04/20, I got horrendous food poisoning from the food I ate there. It was pretty late & I could tell there was something up/different about the food. The salsa I had was slightly warm/above room temperature. I had a tiny bit and put it aside since I had a bad vibe about it. Later that night I was more sick than I ever have been. My girlfriend who didn't have the food was completely fine. Terrible, terrible experience.
