Really happy with my experience tonight! Everyone was very polite and it was a chill vibe. The food is overpriced like all dine-in theaters but I thought the quality was pretty good (better than I’ve had at others). I’ll definitely be back

Absolutely Terrible Experience I had an awful experience at Look Dine-In Cinemas (Arlington location – 5727 W Interstate 20, Arlington, TX 76017). It was my first time visiting, and I was genuinely excited to try this place, but unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The employee at the counter made a mistake by selecting tickets for the wrong showtime. When I noticed the error (right before the movie was about to start), I kindly asked if my group could go ahead and take their seats while I resolved the issue. The employee said he needed to call the manager — which was fine — but then we were left waiting unnecessarily. When the manager finally arrived, she came with an extremely rude and dismissive attitude. Instead of helping us or even acknowledging our concern, she completely ignored us when we politely asked if my companions could enter so they wouldn’t miss the beginning of the movie. Her lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking. In the end, because of her attitude and unwillingness to assist, we decided to request a refund for our tickets. It was such a disappointment — what was supposed to be a fun movie night turned into a frustrating experience due to poor leadership and zero customer service. We left without even seeing the movie. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. If this is how management treats guests, I can only imagine how often others have similar experiences. Definitely not worth the money or the frustration.

We have been going to this theater since it opened. The quality of service has rapidly declined since mid-2025. I place an order of food and drinks each time during the previews. The second-to-last time, they brought out half the food and completely forgot about the other half until I had to call for service to remind them about it half way through the movie. I understand things happen so we went again recently. This last time we ordered just the drinks and popcorn combo. The popcorn was forgotten about by the staff and we only received drinks. About 30 minutes later, we called for service to remind them about the popcorn and were assured it was coming soon. We still did not receive the popcorn 30 minutes after that, so we called for service a second time to remind the staff about our order. We then received the popcorn about 30 minutes before the movie ended. We will not be coming back to this theater. To the staff: Please fix your processes and train/hire customer-facing staff with better customer service. The staff did not apologize for forgetting about our orders and acted like this was a routine occurrence.

This location is dirty and smells very bad. The seats are sticky and full of crumbs. The food tastes cheap despite my husband paying 80 dollars for the tab. It’s incredibly overpriced for the poor quality. The fries were freezer burnt and the drink was warm.. this was very odd(no ice added to our sodas). We were the only people in the theater - that tells you a lot about the community and how they don’t spend time at that particular location. On a more positive note. The staff were kind.

My husband and I visited LOOK Theater tonight to see Scream 7, and we had a wonderful experience thanks to Daniel. From the moment we arrived, Daniel greeted us right at the door with a warm and welcoming attitude. He was extremely professional, attentive, and quick to assist us with anything we needed throughout our visit. His service was prompt, friendly, and made the overall experience even more enjoyable. Daniel truly provided excellent customer service, and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you for helping make our date night a great one!
