The customer service here was excellent, and the venue was clean and welcoming. The staff were professional, friendly, and well put-together. Maddy went above and beyond when my cup turned out to be defective and leaked onto my popcorn. She replaced both the cup and the popcorn without hesitation, all while smiling and showing genuine care. Her kindness truly made a difference in my visit. Gabe was also wonderful and deserves thanks as well. This was my first time at this location, even though it’s over 30 miles from my home in Richardson, TX. I came to meet friends from the Arlington and HEB area. While the theater could use a slight refresh in terms of layout and design, it was still clean, comfortable, and inviting. Thank you again to Maddy and Gabe for making my first visit a great one!

I really like this smaller theater. They try to keep things clean, staff is kind and helpful, and the movie experience is nice overall. There is a bar in the lobby. Some of the theaters are in greater disrepair than others, with broken lounge chairs.

Bought tickets on the app a week before listed showtime. Tickets printed out a different row from what I purchased and I was informed by the manager that there was an auditorium change. No email was sent ahead of time so we sat at the very top row instead of the lower row I purchased. Will not be returning.

it’s best to just sneak your own alcoholic drink in because at the bar they have all this liquor and ingredients but will only make a few limited signature drink. They’re not “allowed” to add or take an ingredient out the drink if you don’t like it even though they have the ingredients. seats are comfortable tho

The employees were nice and so was the popcorn but the ads ran well over 30 minutes over the start time and the lights weren't turned off during the movie until some one ran out to ask why 12 minutes into the movie. Even then it took several minutes for someone to turn them off
