The general manager is literally the best! Came to see the wicked double feature and I had a problem with my popcorn bucket. She immediately was so willing to help and so was her team especially Alayna. I enjoy going to the Hulen location everyone is always so nice and it’s so clean. Thank you again to the GM for all the help!

As a recent AMC A List member, I've been visiting different theater locations. This one was fine overall but it reminded me of the eastchase location. It has the bar by the concessions. The halls and theaters smelled a bit musty like from water damage or mold, the seats need some TLC as the vinyl is cracking and recliners squeaky, and as is common, there could be a better job cleaning before and after movies. I will say however that the restroom was possibly the cleanest one I've seen yet during prime time hours, but where are the dividers for the urinals?

It seems certain that the staff is not working properly. They didn't turn off the lights in the theater even when the movie started. What's worse is that the lights on the top left are broken, constantly blinking, attacking your eyes. Maybe they didn't turn off the lights because it was an animated movie that children watch together? The lights remained lit until one of the audience ran outside and asked. Of course, they didn't turn the lights back on when the movie was over, even if the cookie video and the ending credits were all over. The recliner chair was very comfortable, but I feel uncomfortable sitting in an oily chair. They need cleaning. Anyway, it's Tuesday, so I can go again because it's cheap price.

I never ever ever ever leave bad reviews about any type of movie theater but im having to do so this time. Went tonight (10/17) and got a large popcorn and large drink. When i was getting my drink from fountain machine my coke was really flat so tried sonething else...again same thing very flat and no flavor like a soda should be. Turns out the carbonation for the fountain machines was really low or out. If I had known before getting what I got, I would of just bought bottle water. And to make it crazy after movie ended and going to get refill...they are still selling drink cups to people ordering even though I saw a small sign about the fountain machines. Maybe in future close off the machines or tell each person up from at concession stand so they don't end up purchasing a fountain drink.

Empty parking tells a lot, The downfall of this theatre is insane. I remember going here so often because the experience was great and it's close by, I've always been a fan of AMC but if you go there now it's disgusting, it smells of musty old carpet, I'm 100% sure there mold in the theatres and it just stinks. Even as you enter it feels dirty. Whoever runs this place needs to inspect it and remodel otherwise it's going to shutdown. Clearfork is a much better option
