After over 50 something years of this place I think this was one of the worst experiences ever, really who runs this place because I can't tell if they are proper or thieves. First no teller at the check in box to sale us tickets. We had to wait for a concession stand worker to sale us tickets inside the theater. They put us anywhere. We had no choices of seats. The movie didn't ever start. We all had to ask them about it after we paid. Still no concern. Just that it will start some time. A skinny lady with short straight hair did help us there. No accommodations, no discounts. But It started after 35 minutes. And still they kicked us out early before the movie was over they had switched the lights on and started making loud cleaning noise. We couldn't stay for credits. It was awful. We spent 70$ there still they got paid after not enjoying ourselves much. We tried watch Micheal

The seats are small and theater looks old school. No reclining seats or anything modern lol. One more thing the snacks and drinks are expensive if you can sneak some in lol

they dont want to answer the phone terrible customer service and i was trying reschedule my tickets but the website doesnt give an option

I'm from Chicago and let me tell you even our ghetto cinemas are nice. This place was disgusting. I thought i was going see bed bugs or something was going crawl on me. It suppose to be a spanish movie and the whole thing was in English. It smelled so bad like swear I had to leave the movie super early bc I couldn't stand the smell. Worst experience ever. Won't be going back ever!
