Thankful for Google's know before you go. Definitely scan the QR code in the parking garage across the street before heading over. Once in side scan the one in there too and make sure you see $0.00 on your tab. Thanks for the lady behind the counter for helping. It was pretty empty. Husband got beer on tap. One of them was almost empty so the guy gave him that one for free. We were one of two couples in the theater for the movie. The bass from the movie next door was a bit distracting. But bearable. The chairs were uh-mazing!!! Husband bought popcorn/beer and I got some candy. The candy came right out. Beer came no popcorn. So we pushed the button again. The girl said ok and never came back. I stepped out and the lady behind the counter apologized and called for us to get a big container. It came out immediately. The temp was perfect inside. And movie and sound were fine.

I love the gigantic old movie posters that hang all over the theater. Everything from the original Kong Kong to the urban cowboy (yum). I wish they had coke products instead of Pepsi (yuck). The watermelon margarita was delicious but lacking in alcohol. Seats are super comfy. They recline but are not heated so bring a hoodie cuz it's a little chilly. The view is great from any seat since you're basically looking down towards the screen. Very nice time at the cinema!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I’ve been a member of the Marcus Movie Club for over a year and had a really disappointing experience overall. After my bank account changed, my payment method failed, but I updated it and made the payment within two days. Despite this, my account was canceled and I lost around 8 rollover credits that I had already paid for. These credits are advertised to roll over, so it’s frustrating that they were permanently removed with no flexibility to reinstate them, even though my membership was reactivated with the same membership number. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication. It took over a month to get a response, despite multiple calls to the corporate office and five unanswered emails. When I finally heard back, I was simply told the credits could not be restored, with no real effort to resolve the issue. Additionally, I do not recommend this location. The dumpster odor outside is awful, and I’ve had repeated issues with concessions not being delivered until the last 30 minutes of the movie. There always seems to be confusion with the wait staff, which takes away from the experience. I only continued coming because of the convenience of the location, but based on both the service and customer support experience, I would not recommend this theater or the Movie Club.
